Lisa Holmes, LMT
Lisa has her bachelors’ of Science degree from Springfield College, in Athletic Training. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer with Altheus at Healthtrax, in West Springfield. She enjoys motivating inidividuals towards a healthier lifestyle through the body, mind, and spirit.
Lisa attended Springfield Technical Community College for her certificate in Massage Therapy. She joined the Abundant Wellness Center team in August 2008 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Lisa specializes in therapeutic massage including sports, swedish, and deep tissue.
