Testimonials

"...one hip in particular was so painful that it interfered with my daily activities, not to mention hampered sports and dancing. I am a cautious believer in 'alternative therapies,' but thought I’d give Kristen a try.  She pretty much worked a miracle, as the pain disappeared entirely. She is very knowledgeable and listens carefully. She absolutely worked for me, and I would recommend her to anyone."  ~ M.T. - May, 2011

Somatic Therapy

As a Somatic Therapist, Kristen uses a body-awareness approach that draws on the human body’s innate ability to heal when provided the right kind of support.  Client’s often report feeling more resilient, alive, at peace, joyful, and courageous in living passionately from their core. She draws on training in the following modalities:

• Somatic Experiencing
• Process Therapy
